Collecting season 2012...start

I am beginning to notice small trees again...and I like them very much. Here are two examples just for a start...

I m looking forward to see its development in the coming years.
Didnt you once say, that you are collecting your material in a mountain area?
I am surprised that the winter is over there allready.

Oh no, these trees are from croatian coast. Carpinus orientalis growes at the coastline and islands. Pinus mugho comes from the mountains :)
